professional management and letting service
providing efficient, high quality and reliable
services to property owners.
We provide
an extensive range of services DESIGNED TO SUIT
YOUR NEEDS that are invaluable to clients who
rent their property, or require the security of
knowing that their investment is being looked after.
Our aim is
to ensure that your rentals (either long or short
term) run as smoothly as possible allowing you peace
of mind in your absence.
End-to-End Service
Our letting service covers all aspects, from to
advice on marketing strategy, to preparation of
details, as well as advertising & circulation to
potential tenants.
Once tenants are confirmed, we ensure the monthly
collection of rent, with quarterly statements of
income and expenditure, payment of routine
outgoings, regular inspection of the property,
arrangement of necessary repairs and maintenance,
insurance claims, ALL FOR AN ANNUAL CHARGE OF 10%
ANNUAL RENTAL INCOME

freehold premises, collect service charge and
arrange repairs and maintenance of the property's
fabric and communal areas as appropriate. Prices on

Laundry Services
Bed linen
can be washed, ironed and replaced ready for your
next guests at an additional cost of
€4.27
per single
bed and
€6.00 per double bed per change.
This is an optional service and based on owners
providing all linen and towels.
Airport Pick Up and Drop Off
We can arrange to collect your
guests from both Paphos or Larnaca airport at the a
discounted rate from a standard taxi pick up.

Maintenance Checks
Basic maintenance checks will be carried out before guests arrival. This is to ensure appliances are working, light bulbs are replaced where necessary and any minor repairs are carried out where required. If the property is to be left vacant for a period of time we will unplug any unnecessary appliances for safety reasons.
Provision of light bulbs and other items required for basic repair work will be invoiced to the owner.
Prices shown are based on a contract of either 6 or 12 months. A 10% discount is given on 12 month contracts. These prices are approximate guides. An assessment of the property will be required before confirmation of above prices.

Infrequent Use Package
